Aldermen plan to borrow $420K for police station

A motion was made by Ward 2 Alderman Jim Fulton and seconded by Ward 3 Alderman James Tatum at the Oct. 3 meeting to approve the resolution to issue general obligation bonds not to exceed $420,000.
