Albuquerque restaurant May Cafe closing its doors | Business

On Oct. 1, 1992, Liem Nguyen opened May Cafe after purchasing the location from his in-laws. Now after 31 years in business, he has decided it is time to retire. The Vietnamese restaurant serves classics such as spring rolls, Bahn Mi and Pho.
