Alberta's prosthetic funding model is outdated and unfair, amputees say

Grande Prairie veterinarian Angela Oakley needs a $57,000 prosthetic knee, but the province will only pay for about 10 per cent. She says Alberta's funding model is unfair, burdening amputees with costs they cannot afford.
