Albay farmers to finally receive lands after 15 years

LEGAZPI CITY – After 15 years, some 76 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) waiting to own their farmlands in Pioduran, Albay will finally receive their Certificates of Landownership Awards (CLOAs) from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).
