ALBANY — The Albany Stratton VA Medical Center said Wednesday it has expanded eligibility for on-site COVID-19 vaccinations.
Eligible now are all veterans; veterans’ spouses, widows or widowers; veterans’ caregivers; recipients of the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs; and members of the National Guard, Reserve and Coast Guard — including those retired and never activated.
Appointments are required to receive the vaccine through the Albany facility. Those unable to make appointments due to short supply of vaccine can register at https://www.va.gov/health-care/covid-19-vaccine/ — the Stratton Center will notify them when vaccine is available.
