ALBANY  — Mayor Kathy Sheehan announced Monday night that she is seeking a third term.
The mayor broke the news in an interview with the Spectrum news program "Capital Tonight," and then sent out a press release, with a lengthy campaign video attached.
The video caps off with local elected officials and others saying "Hey Kathy, I'm with you," with Sheehan then responding to the camera "Hey Albany, I'm with you."
