Alabama man who killed preacher's wife in $1K murder-for-hire plot set to die by lethal injection

Kenneth Eugene Smith, 57, convicted in the 1988 murder-for-hire slaying of a preacher's wife, will be executed in an Alabama prison tonight even though a jury recommended he receive life in prison.
