Alabama Man 'High On Shrooms' Arrested With Parrot in Florida

An Alabama man has more of a 'Florida Man' story going on after explaining to deputies he was high on mushrooms when Florida deputies found him in a truck on a panhandle road with a parrot sitting on his shoulder.
