Alabama crash killed Fulton man

TUSCUMBIA, Ala. (WTVA) - A crash Thursday afternoon in Alabama killed a Fulton, Mississippi, man.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the crash happened at approximately 2:36 on Alabama Highway 247, approximately 11 miles west of Tuscumbia.
Senior Trooper Gregory Corble says Craig Bonney, 55, was killed when the pickup truck he was driving struck an 18-wheeler head-on. Corble says Bonney was trying to pass two other vehicles in a no-passing zone on a hillside.
After impact, the 18-wheeler crossed the highway and struck a car.
Bonney died at the scene. A passenger in his truck was transported to a hospital in Florence for severe injuries.
