Al-Qaida Member's Deal Blocks Bid To Fight War Crime Rulings

A Canadian al-Qaida member lost his hopes of having the D.C. Circuit vacate his war crime convictions after a panel majority on Tuesday ruled that the former Guantánamo Bay detainee waived his right to have the court review his case.
