Khartoum: Vice-President and Secretary General of the Global Alliance of National Human rights Institutions (GANHRI) Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri has called for providing the necessary support to non-governmental organisations (NGOs) by the transitional government in the Republic of Sudan. 
He also congratulated the First Vice President of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Commander of the Rapid Support Forces Lieutenant General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo on the election of Sudan as a member of the Human Rights Council for 2021 as a representative of the African group.
