Al-Hawij: Libya's human competencies capable of making transformation to digital economy

Minister of Economy and Trade of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Hawij, underlined, on Friday, that Libya possesses human resources and competencies capable of achieving transformation to digital economy. He noted that the Ministry had launched several systems that would help towards digital transformation.
