Akron ready to welcome annual Pride Festival this weekend

The city got state approval to expand its Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area, or DORA, to encompass most of downtown just in time for the annual Pride Festival on Saturday, Aug. 27, with 20,000 people expected to attend.
