'Making history, working for victory': Rosie the Riveter to be honored on D-Day anniversary – Morning Journal

Pinole resident Jeanne Gibson, 98, helped make history during World War II as a "Rosie the Riveter." On the 80th anniversary of D-Day, she'll be one of about 70 heroes of that conflict honored in France.
