James Sowole in Akure
Ondo State Governor, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu yesterday promised that killers of the traditional ruler of Ifon, the Olufon of Ifon, Oba Adegoke Adeusi, would be unmasked.
Akeredolu spoke during an interdenominational service in honour of late Adeusi, saying he would leave no stone unturned at unravelling the killers no matter how long it would take.
Oba Adeusi was killed on November 16 by gunmen while returning from Akure, Ondo State capital.
The killers of the late monarch are yet to be arrested five months after he was killed.
At the inter-denominational service yesterday, Akeredolu promised that he would continue to work with security agencies to ensure Adeusi did not die in vain.
