Bharti Airtel: The telecom operator said it will acquire 20 per cent stake in its DTH arm Bharti Telemedia from an affiliate of Warburg Pincus for about Rs 3,126 crore.
GIC Re: The government is debating whether reinsurer General Insurance Corporation of India should be divested, people aware of the matter told ET.
