Aidan O'Connell did what he was told to do as a rookie by wearing the No. 4 jersey the former Las Vegas Raiders coaching staff gave him. Since he feels it is disrespectful to Derek Carr, he has decided to switch to No. 12 ahead of his second NFL season.
