[Maharashtra local body elections] Supreme Court warns poll body of contempt of court if it renotifies polls to include OBC quota

A Bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, AS Oka and JB Pardiwala took exception to the State Election Commission issuing a fresh election program to include reserved seats for OBCs despite its earlier orders.
