Again, Court restraints AMCON from selling IBEDC -

Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke in his ruling on interlocutory injunction sought by defendants in the suit specifically restrained the AMCON  from alienating, selling, disposing or transferring the IBEDC pending the final determination of the suit before it.
