After Lexington fire, two charged with breaking and entering

On Saturday, the LPD arrested Brandon Alan Hoskins, 31, and Stacie Blair Stegall, 37, for misdemeanor breaking and entering into the house, located at 306 West Fifth Street in Lexington.
