After controversy, Lewiston council will vote to 'reaffirm' diversity, equity and inclusion work

The resolution states, "Lewiston Public Schools has one of the most diverse student bodies in the state of Maine and the lived experiences of all our students are equally valuable," and "as a City Council we must acknowledge, respect and learn from the lived experiences of all our constituents."
