After a controversial vote on pride flags in Ontario, LGBTQ+ students reflect on their meaning

As Canadian provinces mark pride month in June and August, the pride flag and versions of it have been at the centre of recent debates surrounding LGBTQ+ inclusion in schools. Students in the community say flying the flag is a gesture of support that makes them feel safe.
