After 23 years, a Bethlehem neighborhood grocery store is changing hands, but not approach

A neighborhood market known for its fresh meats, made-to-order sandwiches, produce and grocery staples will be changing hands after more than two decades in West Bethlehem.
Nick and Amy Patel, longtime owners of Sim’s Quality Market at 609 W. Broad St., recently sold the business to Dipak and Kailash Patel of Philadelphia. The new owners, who are no relation to Nick and Amy Patel, took over the building on Dec. 1, said Parth Patel, the couple’s son.
