AFT dismisses disability pension petition of Brigadier who suffered injuries while hunting ducks

The AFT Bench of Lt Gen PM Hariz (Retd) and Justice Anu Malhotra went through the Court of Inquiry proceedings into the incident dating back to 1973 including the deposition of the petitioner on March 23, 1973 before the Court of Inquiry.
