The incredible courage shown by a goal umpire has caught the eye of a number of AFL legends in the Brisbane Lions' win over Fremantle on Sunday.
The Dockers came home with a wet sail, kicking three goals to two in the final quarter, including a long-range effort from ruckman Sean Darcy.
As Darcy unloaded from 50m, while his kick appeared on line, it was also in danger of dropping short as Fremantle's forwards attempted to shepherd it through while Brisbane's defenders attempted to spoil.
The goal umpire grappled with four players from Brisbane and Fremantle in order to get the best view (Fox Footy)
