Advisory group: People aged 65 to 74, those with underlying conditions should be part of next phase for COVID vaccine

The next group of people to receive the coronavirus vaccine in Connecticut should be expanded to include about 700,000 more residents — those aged 65 to 74 and those with comorbidities, an advisory group said Tuesday, echoing new federal guidelines that were announced earlier in the day.
