Adam Kay reveals he's welcomed two children with his partner, after using a US surrogate

The This is Going to Hurt writer told Lauren Laverne on Radio 4's Desert Island Discs that he and partner James Farrell welcomed a baby boy, two months ago, and a baby girl six months ago.
