Incorporated (I2), headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania, effective March 1, 2021.  This sale is consistent with Acuity Brands’ ongoing transformation strategy to significantly increase value to customers and sustainably grow its business.
Agency Principal, Erik Frykholm and Chris McQuillan and approximately 20 other New York Digital employees will join the 73 employees at I2 headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
