WASHINGTON, DC — Actor Mark Ruffalo lent some celebrity heft on Tuesday to an announcement by Michigan Congressional delegates about the reintroduction of legislation that would force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to start regulating PFAS chemicals in drinking water and officially designate them as hazardous substances.
