ActionSA welcomes President Cyril Ramaphosa’s appointment of Madam Justice Mahube Betty Molemela as President of the Supreme Court of Appeal and believes her appointment will bring further strong leadership to the country’s judiciary.   We welcome that President Ramaphosa chose to appoint a woman to the powerful position in the Supreme Court of Appeal after his decision to appoint Justice Mandisa Muriel Lindelwa Maya as deputy chief justice of the Constitutional Court.
