Action taken against J&K police officer for failing to prevent militant attack on workers from Bihar

Shopian SHO Ghulam Jeelani Bhat has been attached to Range Police Headquarter in Anantnag pending inquiry. On July 13, suspected militants had barged into the workers’ accommodation at Gagren Shopian and opened fire, injuring 3 of them.
