Boundary-less, subjective, emotion-driven, non-reality based, feelings-focused, expressive individualism was highlighted again last week as pop singer, Demi Lovato (hits such as “Sorry Not Sorry,” “Heart Attack,” and “Stone Cold”) came out as non-binary.
In a grammatically nonsensical sentence, People Exclusive stated “Demi Lovato is living their complete truth.” People’s confusion merely followed the Associated Press’s illogical grammatical reporting which said when referring to Lovato, “They added, ‘I’m doing this for those out there that haven’t been able to share who they truly are with their loved ones.’”  We are obviously destroying the English language one pronoun at a time.
