A former 'Bachelorette' contestant from Texas plans to file a defamation suit against media outlets that reported he attended the Capitol riot.
James McCoy Taylor, 39, intended to be in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6. The day before, Taylor — a vocal Donald Trump supporter from Katy — told his Twitter followers to take a bus to the city or message him if they needed a plane ticket.
