Accused abuser allegedly called teen victim from Winsted Police Department

TORRINGTON -- Arrested on domestic violence charges early Friday morning, Bradley Barnes was allowed to call his father from the Winsted Police Department.

Instead, Barnes, 20, called the 14-year-old girl he is accused of assaulting, police allege.
