Tetra Tech International Development Services is now hiring for an Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be providing vital support to the accounting team as well as overseas project teams.
This position is based in Burlington, Vermont.
What you'll be doing:
*Preparing document templates for newly-awarded projects
*Review and process monthly field accounts utilizing internal reporting systems, Excel and QuickBooks
Perform monthly project reconciliations (site, bank, petty cash, advances, and miscellaneous other)
*Work with the field staff in ensuring the implementation of corporate procedures and standard accounting practices on projects;
*Payroll support;
Our desired qualifications:
*1-2 years of work experience in an office environment required;
