This Ontario man took in a homeless acquaintance — and found out just how hard it is to find help

About two months ago, Shawn Mitchell of London, Ont., needed help. He was was wet, his glasses were broken and he needed a new a tent. He was hoping an old acquaintance might be able to help. Jason Hastings did, but then discovered accessing help from officials is "frustrating" and "confusing."
