Acadiana jumps at the chance to engage in art indoors
After almost a year without it because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Louisiana is once again allowed to have live music indoors.
Gov. John Bel Edwards announced on March 2 that Phase 3 of reopening the state will enable more indoor events, as gatherings were increased to 50% capacity or up to 250 people.
With the announcement, the arts community in Acadiana was quick to act upon the new allowance and start jamming under a roof again.
