Abyssinian Baptist Church sued by woman who says gender discrimination prevented her from being hired as senior pastor

A woman who interviewed for the position of senior pastor at Abyssinian Baptist Church in New York City is suing the church and a former chair of the search committee for gender discrimination, court documents show.
