Abused, suicidal Lehigh Valley 14-year-old was coerced into plot to murder her mother, attorney says

Jamie Silvonek never should have been prosecuted in adult court, never should have pleaded guilty and never should have been sentenced to 35 years to life in prison, according to Marsha Levick, of the Philadelphia-based Juvenile Law Center.
