Abrons Arts Center Announces Spring 2021 Season
Monthly ceremonial fires, organized by Emily Johnson and Karyn Recollet at Abrons Arts Center will continue this spring, centering Indigenous protocol and knowledge with guest artists and activists.
Abrons Arts Center continues to forge ahead in these challenging times and has announced a hybrid lineup for its Spring 2021 offerings. January through April events include online programming as well as creative, in-person happenings like the monthly ceremonial fires held outside in the amphitheater facilitated by Emily Johnson and Karyn Recollet, “centering Indigenous protocol and knowledge, with guest artists and activists engaging us through music, dance, poetry, and more.”
