Houston judge blocks abortion prosecution based on 1920's laws–in some Texas counties

The order bars immediate prosecutions based on Texas abortion bans from 1925–but doesn’t necessarily extend to all Texas counties, said Harris County Civil Attorney Christian Menefee.
