Abortion ban remains blocked as lawsuit heads to Indiana Supreme Court

INDIANAPOLIS—The Indiana Supreme Court ordered a lawsuit claiming the state’s abortion ban violates Indiana’s constitution to be brought before itself instead of the Indiana Court of Appeals Wednesday.
