Mountain Home resident Robert “Rabbit” Fratesi, 95, was honored with a surprise event Wednesday to celebrate his lifetime of contributions to the community. People of all ages, some local and others having traveled great distances, were in attendance at the L.C. Sammons Youth Center — a turnout that undoubtedly reflected the immense, multifaceted impact Fratesi has had in so many lives.
