A lorry which crashed into a broken-down car in a fatal crash on the A38 hardly braked or swerved, a jury was told.
Plymouth mum Briony Elliott, aged 54, was thrown over the metal barrier and fatally injured, the city’s Crown Court heard.
Scania driver Jack McIntyre is on trial after he denied causing death by dangerous driving in the accident more than two years ago on the eastbound side of the dual carriageway near the Leigham interchange.
