Thanks for watching. I'm meteorologist Jacqueline thomas. As we head into our weekend, we're seeing a nice day out there today. Warm temperatures through this afternoon highs along the coast touching the sixties and then that sea breeze keeping things a bit cooler there again today. But inland as you head towards the lakes region, the foothills, I mean we're talking about highs reaching the seventies for many spots this afternoon. Wyndham auburn up towards Farmington, Bethel Freiburg could all hit the seventies today. So a warm day, but changes are coming for the second half of our weekend. Lows tonight drop back down into the low forties for most of us. So it is going to be a fairly mild overnight period and we're going to see increasing clouds. So through the afternoon a mix of sun and clouds and then we end up mostly cloudy tonight. And this evening there could be a couple of scattered or isolated showers, mainly as you head across central and northern and eastern parts of the state. So I think the further south and west you go tonight, you'll stay dry and then early sunday there could be that lingering shower to the north and then sunday night there could be a shower as you head further south. But either way sunday does look mostly cloudy and mostly dry. So just an isolated shower chance tomorrow, it also is going to be much cooler temperatures tomorrow will mainly be in the forties struggling to hit 50 degrees along the coast. So a big difference compared to today and our rain chances stay limited as we head through this coming week. So while there's a couple of opportunities for a shower, it doesn't look like we have any washout days in the forecast at this point. So enough dry hours where if you want to get outdoors, you should be able to do that. So in the eight day forecast, we're gonna see more clouds tomorrow, a chance for a shower tonight into sunday, and some cooler temperatures starting tomorrow and through next week will be seasonable with those highs, mainly in the low fifties.
