A warehouse could become San Diego's largest homeless shelter

San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria Thursday announced a plan for what he says will be the largest homeless shelter in the city. In other news, for the past year, immigrant advocates have criticized the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s practice of holding migrants in open air camps near Jacumba and San Ysidro.
