A Sheridan woman and former state legislator is honored with a distinguished award

Rosie Berger, a longtime resident of Sheridan and former member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, will receive the Governor's Woman of Distinction Award on Feb. 22 in Cheyenne. Her four decade long career has been included work with various civic organizations and public service initiatives, including those seeking to increase the number of women in leadership positions in the Cowboy State.
