The following letter to Garden City Mayor Mary Carter Flanagan is reprinted at the request of the author: Mayor Flannagan: I was in the audience at the last BOT meeting and frankly found it shameful. With all due respect, everyone seemed to be in agreement - from the FDEM reps to the young moms present
