A CT construction contractor failed to pay taxes on nearly $1 million. He's going to prison and owes the IRS

Kalinowski pleaded guilty to one count of filing a false tax return in November 2022 and had to pay the IRS the $174,746 in taxes he owed, according to federal officials.
