A baby girl was born weighing 12 ounces. Battling incredible odds, she is finally heading home.

Cheyenne Tomblin was born on Sept. 11, weighing 12 ounces. The nurses at West Boca Medical Center were all praying and remained hopeful. The baby has beat incredible odds to survive.
